Rates and Surcharges

• A downpayment of 25% of total amount is due one month before trip for confirmation, two months in peak periods. One week before departure full payment needs to be received.
• In case of last minute cancellation, such as because of bad wheather, each participant or the charter group will receive a full value voucher, valid indefinitely.
• There will be a 15% surcharge on the peak periods Christmas, New Year and Lebaran.
• For any trip to Ujung Kulon trip we have an Ujung Kulon Surcharge of IDR 150,000 per person per trip to cover park fees, guides etc, regardless of whether it is a Pre-organized trip or a private charter. There might be other fees such as Diving Fees, Camera Fees which could be charged as per prevailing Park Regulations at the time of visit.
• Children under 8 years old can not be guaranteed their own bunk and may have to share with their parents or use a mattress on the floor.
  

Trips and schedules

• Changes that may occur after the booking confirmation may include destination or routing. They may also include changes to itineraries due to unexpected natural events or political unrest. In case such event happens the captain will make the call. Java Sea Charters will make all effort to communicate these issues fully and to provide acceptable comfortable alternatives in full consultation with the guests.
