For individual sign-up guests we require a minimum of 6 adults to make a trip.
For charters, there is a minimum length of 2 days.
The rates include breakfast, lunch, dinner and fresh fruit, all soft drinks (non-alcoholic) plus park fees.
Diving rates include 3-4 dives per day with a certified dive guide. Tanks, air fills, and weights are included – full equipment rental is available upon request.
Rates listed are excluding transport.

Rates, Surcharges and cancellations

• A down payment of 50% of total amount is due upon confirmation.
• One week prior to departure full payment is required.
• There will be a 15% surcharge on the peak periods Christmas, New Year and Lebaran.
• For any trip to Ujung Kulon there will be a Surcharge of IDR 150,000 per person to cover park fees, guides etc, regardless of whether it is a pre-organized trip or a private charter. Camera Fees can be charged by Park Regulations at the time of visit.
• In the case of last minute cancellations, due to bad weather etc, Java Sea Charters will award each participant with a full refund.
• Java Sea Charters reserves the right to withhold 20% of the initial deposit upon cancellations, within one week of the departure date.

Trips and schedules

• Changes that may occur after the booking confirmation may include destination or routing. They may also include changes to itineraries due to unexpected natural events or political unrest. The captain holds right and responsibility to determine the outcome of any itinerary disputes. Java Sea Charters will make all effort to communicate these issues fully and to provide acceptable comfortable alternatives in full consultation with the guests.
